Bamford Edge
A selection of Peak District photographs from Bamford Edge by Staffordshire based landscape photographer Rob Thorley Photography.
Bamford Edge sits high above Hope Valley, just north of the village of Bamford in the Derbyshire Peak District. The gritstone outcrops are popular with climbers, and walkers, with some good paths across the edge.
This Peak District location offers fabulous views of Win Hill, Crook Hill, Ladybower Reservoir, and the Ashopton Viaduct. Bamford Edge is also a great location to witness some stunning sunrise cloud inversions.
