Caldon Canal
A selection of images from the Caldon Canal by Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire based landscape photographer Rob Thorley Photography.
Caldon Canal is a branch of the Trent and Mersey canal that was opened in the late 1700’s. The canal has 17 locks to negotiate as it runs through the Staffordshire landscape for eighteen miles from Froghall, through to Etruria in Stoke-on-Trent.
